Photographs
__ Several clear, in focus photos minimum size 3" x 5" with subject's face at least the size of a quarter.
__ Even better ...close ups that are size 4" x 6" or 5" x 7".
__ Send duplicate photos, especially if they can't be replaced.
__ Photo(s) accurately capturing hair, eye, and skin, with notations describing colors.
